We have automated our project intake process for new learning and development projects to feed into ClickUp where they are assigned to the individual that will manage the project and work it to completion. We also use it to manage yearly roadmap projects where individuals from the team will collaborate on a project and use ClickUp as their hub.
  • Project management notifications/updates.
  • Integration with other systems for automation.
  • Project collaboration with team members.
  • Prorates charges when adding a user mid billing cycle so everyone is aligned.
  • Great desktop application for Windows and Mac.
  • The mobile app is confusing to use and does not represent a mobile version of the web app.
  • Some new features are included with the current plan and some you have to pay extra for.
  • Learning curve can be a bit much for non-digital native users.
ClickUp is great for small teams that need to collaborate on projects. It allows for tracking of project status, notes, files, and other details that keep a team and project on track. The cost is lower than competitors, which makes it more approachable for groups that are not practicing good project management.

Certainly! Here's a more polished version of your statement:ClickUp is rapidly gaining recognition as a comprehensive project management and task coordination solution. Its unique adaptability and user-friendly interface make it well-suited for both multinational initiatives and smaller, localized projects. A case in point is its application in cross-border simplification projects. In such ventures, individual markets collect ideas through a seamless "email-to-task" feature, enabling a regional board to periodically assess scalability across the entire region. This process is constantly being improved. We are still not able to leverage all ClickUp features because of Corporate restrictions and also learning by doing process.
  • Multiple FLEXIBLE views on tasks
  • AI for sub tasks
  • Task hierarchy management
  • iOS App Missing a lot of features and it needs time to be able on iPad use web version - app is forced
  • UX on small resolution screens is tricky
  • I’m missing license for “unlimited enterprise users”. It could later reflects only “active” users etc.
Best case was to manage team with large responsibilities across multiple countries. Easy to enter tasks and details, documents and screenshots. Easy editable gant chart, with easy overview on team capacity. Where it didn’t well - on a new teams which has lack of PM skills. They mainly struggle with entering too many task levels and details, which end up in chaos.

Our organization currently use for mainly those functionalities.
  1. Project Management / Both technical and functional Projects
  2. Management of content development and campaign scheduling
  3. Manage Supplier Development
  4. Manage Daily tasks
  5. Manage team capacity
The scope is both for e-commerce dedicated teams that need to develop new features or keep day to day operations. Or corporate purposes of planning.
  • Gantt Chart are Useful
  • task list management
  • Document Creation
  • Automatism of task
  • Delegation of activities
  • Calendar Management
  • Dashboard creation
  • Workload management
  • Integration with other platforms such as microsoft teams
  • UI Design and colors for dashboards
I would recommend ClickUp for all the functions that have to deal with the management of activities and teams. In detail Project managers, calendar managers, product managers and others that want to have both the detailed and macro views.

I would not use it for IT ticket handling on a day to day basis, because it would require some configuration. eventough is possible and easy to do.

We use ClickUp for managing marketing and technology initiatives, ranging from simple schedules in Kanban to full-blown Scrum projects within the IT Department, including support desk and some asset management. It come to replace several other platforms, increasing collaboration between team members and even between departments. Its ease of use and customization aided in transforming the way projects are handled in the organization.
  • Dashboards and Kanban.
  • Customisation
  • Automization
  • Easy task assignment.
  • More intuitive UI.
  • More Automatization Steps in Each Subscription.
  • Allow larger Customization of Dashboards and Theme Creation.
Best for small teams doing small development or bug tracking, marketing, and procurement teams. Small desk support just to keep track of requests. The list creation feature can let you excel if they are well created in some other areas, such as asset management or release requests between development teams.

We manage our internal operational tasks and external client projects in ClickUp. It brings significant organisational structure to, and greater clarity on, all of our work.
  • Structures and categorises tasks, projects and work really well
  • Automates repetitive steps
  • Enables collaboration seamlessly
  • Overall speed of development has led to regular minor bugs/issues
The learning curve with ClickUp is not steep, I found it intuitive from the outset, which led to quick adoption into our processes. When I wanted to go deeper with functionality, that intuitiveness continued, and allowed me to quickly build-out our processes for greater effect. The support structure is excellent, and very responsive, which is encouraging. Their learning resources are also excellent.

We use it to capture meeting items and the product roadmap. I am using it personally as well for following up on meetings I have with my direct reports.
  • API access
  • Being flexible for multiple use cases
  • Reporting features
  • The UI in general
  • iPad & iOS app could be better
  • Sometimes a bit slow to load the UI
It's suited for all environments that have some kind of project scope, roadmaps or meetings. If you need a very simple Task Manager without the need for example for projects, I think ClickUp might be overkill.

We use ClickUp to plan tasks and run our Sprints. We appreciate the ability to collaborate in real-time, which is something our small team does often. We needed a tool that was easy to learn to use as well. one where we could track our progress over time.
  • Endless Customizability
  • Templates for Sprints
  • Document collaboration
  • Real-time updates
  • Overwhelming customizability
  • Duplicating v Copying a task is confusing
  • could have used more guidance on how to set up ClickUp for a small team instead of an entire org, which is the original info i read
In my opinion, ClickUp is well suited for keeping large teams and organizations on track, not so much for small teams that need to collaborate with teams that are working outside of ClickUp. I think it is great for keeping tasks organized, but the subtask feature is limited. I also think it is very good for creating a shared wiki space for notes, sprint reviews, etc with great real-time updating that make collaborating effective.

As a busy female entrepreneur, my days were often filled with endless to-do lists, meetings, and deadlines. I struggled to keep track of everything, and it felt like I was constantly playing catch-up. That's when I discovered ClickUp, which completely changed my life. Using ClickUp as my project management tool has given me time freedom I never thought possible. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, although it has a bit of a learning curve, and I was able to customise it to fit my specific needs. I can now easily track all my projects, deadlines, and tasks in one place, dramatically impacting my productivity.
  • Task management including subtasks and templates!
  • Dashboards for a detailed overview of your status / progress.
  • The homeview is all you need to GTD and stay focused!
  • There is a steep learning curve, so more tutorials would be beneficial for new users
  • Define things other than just tasks (this is coming in 3.0)
  • Would love to see more layout and color options
In my opinion, ClickUp is beneficial for solo entrepreneurs and Fortune 500 companies alike! There are just so many options that you can use (or not enable if not needed.) If you have never used an online project management tool before then it might be a bit overwhelming and too big of a learning curve to start with ClickUp.

ClickUp is the heart of our organization. It's how we communicate, it's how we organize clients, tasks, workload. We track our time with ClickUp. You can track time specifically by task to control time management. Our organization uses ClickUp workflows to automate processes, organize calendars, plan content, delegate tasks, and optimize organization.

ClickUp is a tool everyone in our organization uses daily. The few times I've had to contact ClickUp's customer service, they responded quickly and efficiently.
  • ClickUp helps you maximize organization.
  • ClickUp helps you save time. You can automate workflows, delegate tasks within your team.
  • ClickUp is extremely customizable and you can make it fit your organization and goals.
  • We have found ClickUp templates we have created to be glitchy. ClickUp has always worked to resolve these issues though.
  • ClickUp has a learning curve, but it's worth it in the end
ClickUp is extremely well suited for a few different things: Customer service, client management, content planning, SOP creation, workflow creation, managing projects, sorting tasks, organizing tasks, etc.

The best thing about ClickUp in my opinion is how versatile it is. You can create forms to send out to customers, you can create to-do lists, whiteboards to help map ideas, and SO much more.

We use ClickUp to do our project management in some departments. ClickUp is a simple tools that anyone in the entreprise can learn easily. We needed one Project management tool that answered our need in Traditional and Agile Project management.
  • Project Overview
  • Gantt fonctionnality
  • User friendly platform
  • Dashboards could be improve : difficult to create a dashboard link to only one project
  • Capacity overview with subtask should be automatic
  • When adding a status to substasks, the parent task status should update too (ex : if at least one subtask in ongoing, the parent task should change to ongoing too)
It's easy to create a project overview and to have some other views for it without having to create, for example, a list, a kanban and a gant. Once one is done, all of them are done too. It's user friendly : Everyone can get used to ClickUp in a short amount of time. The platform is instinctive and easily manageable, On the other part, if a director want an overview on the team capacity, it's a bit less userfriendly. You need to create your own Dashboard and to have more knowledge on the platform to make sure you see the capacity of the good people.

ClickUp lives up to its claim of “one app to replace them all.” I use it in my personal entrepreneurial endeavors as well as with teams I work with. Every team I have been a part of over the past few years has used ClickUp in some way. Even though I did not always have the authority to mandate it across the board, most I worked with saw the value and began to dive in for themselves. I personally introduced and trained people on the platform. Today, we use it to plan events, brainstorm content, and accomplish tasks asynchronously. We recently used it for one of our inaugural events, and the team is learning to use it quite well (some faster than others, but that is what training is for). All in all, from the various task features, the automations, the various views, the docs feature, and much more, I love using ClickUp and will continue to recommend it to and implement it with the teams I am on.
  • Allows for asynchronous productivity
  • It can be as simple or as complex as you need it to be
  • It conforms to you and the needs of your team uniquely
  • Simplified views for simple users
  • Unique payment plans for verified college students
  • Unique payment structure for higher education institutions
We are on a team that lives in 5 different states and had to come together to produce an event. Of course we utilized tools like Zoom to coordinate virtual meetings, but when it came time to coordinate the work, that is where ClickUp came in. From meeting notes, to brainstorming, to planning the itinerary, to assigning tasks, ClickUp was just the platform for the job and truly helped us get things done and keep track of work. We are just getting started with this team, but I am sure that we will continue to dive deeper as we grow and progress.

Before ClickUp, we were using spreadsheets to manage projects and workflow. ClickUp has provided us with an exceptional set of tools to manage, analyse and evolve how we approach projects, how we liaise with our clients, and how we build upon our team's strengths.

Within a short period of time, ClickUp has become an integral tool in the day-to-day running of our service. We are now able to allocate time, breakdown projects into sub-tasks, and keep our clients regularly informed of where we are with projects. It also means that we are now better able to support each member of our team when they're not around, so that clients aren't kept waiting.

The positive feedback we receive from our clients is a testament to how we have changed the way we work and communicate with them, and this wouldn't have been so quickly achievable without ClickUp.
  • Project workflow management
  • Data capture and analysis
  • Team management
  • Automated forms sent to clients that aren't on ClickUp, to manage sign off for each stage of a project, so that the data collected is directly added to the task it was linked to.
ClickUp has definitely changed the way we work and deliver on projects for our clients. Having used it for a year now, there hasn't really been a time when it has fallen short. ClickUp appears to be able to do so much, and we are still learning new ways of using it within our project management and workflow.

We have a lot of contractors working on different projects, and CU helps us all communicate in one place plus track our time since we have limited capacity each month. The managers are able to do billing as per capacity management and, therefore, proactively ask for an extra budget if they forecast the need. So, I’d say - capacity management, budget management, and planning, resource management overall are some of the key components of why we use CU heavily.
  • I am creating a task - Breeze.
  • You are tracking time and viewing individual dashboards.
  • I am customizing dashboards as per our needs internally.
  • We are creating templates that can be reused.
  • I am creating roadmaps for new hires.
  • New hire onboardings.
  • CU currently doesn’t let you add $$ to a task while tracking time. You have to manually edit the time followed and click on $$ for this to be displayed as billable to a client.
  • It doesn’t easily show tasks done. Sometimes you have to dig deep to find it.
  • It doesn’t have a powerful predictive search. It takes a while to show you all options while looking for a task and doesn’t show semantic tasks.
I am not if it’s less suited anywhere. I think it’s a great tool for managing projects, people, and overall client-agency relationships. It has a huge learning curve and can be challenging for new hires as it takes a while to get used to. This generally overwhelms team members who are not as comfortable with technology.

Our company leverages the power of Clickup to streamline and optimize our workflow. It acts as the central hub for managing our pipeline of new partners, keeping track of the onboarding process, and ensuring the timely completion of weekly tasks. Additionally, Clickup helps us to effectively plan and execute our yearly strategy, ensuring that all team members are on the same page and working towards a common goal. With its user-friendly interface and robust set of features, Clickup enables us to work efficiently and stay organized, helping us to achieve our business objectives with ease.
  • Excellent Task Tracking for your entire team
  • Customizable
  • Automation, templates and great integrations
  • Template set up is a little tricky. Would be nice for an editor vs saving current cards.
  • Navigation at times can be difficult because there is just so much you can do.
  • Would love some more options in Zapier to create even more automations.
ClickUp is a powerful tool that is well-suited to a wide range of scenarios. It excels in project management, providing a range of features that allow teams to stay on track and ensure that projects are completed on time. Its real-time updates and drag-and-drop interface make it an ideal tool for team collaboration, allowing team members to communicate and stay up to date with the latest information. In addition, its easy-to-use task prioritization features allow teams to rearrange tasks based on priority, making it easy to adjust to changing project requirements. Overall, ClickUp is a versatile tool that can help teams to work efficiently and stay organized.

My scope of work ranges from advanced technical queries to high-level projects for the Talent Acquisition division of our HR department. We have a huge task force of recruiters who often required technical support on specific day-to-day processes that involved the used of features. At first, it was difficult to guarantee a service level to address all requests that my PMO team received, but then we implemented ClickUp as we understood that queries could become part of a backlog that could be categorized in multiple ways through a series of forms and automation. Our technical support response time and capabilities improved by 70% as we were able to design a ticket system that streamlined the escalation process, applied multiple smart automation commands, and helped us to create statistics around the same to perform RCA to focus on multiple solutions. Aside from this, our PMO team uses ClickUp to document projects and goals.
  • Multiple Types of Views
  • Customization Capabilities
  • Team Collaboration
  • Automated Communication
  • Reporting
  • Forms conditional fields
  • Conditional Automation
  • Integration with other apps
ClickUp customization capabilities are on another level; I can't think of a team from any industry that could not find the capabilities useful as everything can be customized. From templates to automation commands; from the type of fields to projects and lists, ClickUp will certainly have not one but multiple ways to organize backlogs, tasks, tickets, projects, goals, and more.

I have seen list templates being adjusted to Marketing and Scrum teams; in fact, after getting to know more about its features and applications, I designed my own ticket system through the use of very specific tags, labels, and statuses, combined with automation to have a backlog of technical queries created and served automatically. Our process improved x7 times and we have even found ways to even remove manual interaction.

ClickUp provides a learning program called ClickUp University that helps to fast-track your learning process and get to know all the range of features that it can offer; still, it will take some time for you and your team to learn them all and maximize the performance.

Considering that we wanted to implement agile management, ClickUp was purchased for the project management department, as it is a very flexible tool and meets this basic requirement. At the beginning, we applied ClickUp in the structuring of projects in the Delivey department, this action showed us where our main problems were with project deliveries to customers and their relative dissatisfaction. All this happened very quickly, from the creation of projects, detailing activities, Gantt schedules, responsibilities, etc. So, the first issue addressed was getting project management in order, deadlines started to be managed effectively, and there was a significant improvement in customer satisfaction. Currently, other departments in the company have started to use ClickUp such as Marketing, Finance, Pre-sales, Architecture, and we believe that it will permeate the entire company. What we like most about ClickUp is the ease and simplicity of using the features, the learning curve which is very short and especially the visualization of project information in different ways with just one click. Important benefits are: the possibility of concentrating in the project all the details and documents, which can be accessed at any time, and associating people from the team and the client to the project.
  • No save concern or save button - wwe use ClickUp and everything we do is saved.
  • Visualization - we can see the project in different way in just one click
  • Project Template - this is awsome feature that optimize the time need to create a project
  • The time tracking is very flexible
  • If you have a TASK and 10 SBUTASKS and track the time in the SUBTASKS, it will be great have the total time of all SUBTASKS at the TASK level. This could provide a consolidate report at TASK level.
  • I find the show/hide closed TAKS a bit confusing when we have SUBTASKS, because the TASK is shown at the CLOSED group and the SUBTASKS in the TASK that is in progress.
  • In the fiels LIST INFORMATION it could be the project information with a several fields such as Customer, Project Name, Duration, start at, End at, Project Manager Name, and other user's fields. - Important use as kind of title page in reports.
If you want to use agile methodology or have your own methodology, ClickUp is a suitable tool, because it is flexible, allows multiple views, offers several reports that serve the project manager and customers.Traditional project scenarios can be elaborated in ClickUp, allowing the creation of the project plan, the GANTT schedule, and fulfills the management steps. In agile scenarios, it is possible to use SCRUM methodology, visual management with boards, or adapt the part of the agile methodology that applies to your business.

We use ClickUp to keep track of projects. We have a wide range of copywriting projects for numerous clients with different teams working on each project. ClickUp helps us keep a digital to-do list that is easy to use but also highly customizable. This means that we're able to track projects, delegate tasks to the relevant teams/freelancers, and ensure that everything is executed correctly before the deadline. We've had difficulties with PM software in the past as other programs can be overly complex for new freelancers and team members to learn during the onboarding phase. As a result, learning and using other task management software becomes a tedious task in itself. Because ClickUp is as complex as you need it to be, we've been able to create a relatively simple system that meets all our needs and is incredibly user-friendly. In this way, ClickUp allows us to focus on our projects instead of spending valuable time and energy figuring out how to use it.
  • Can be as complex or as simple as you want it to be
  • Excellent options for customization
  • Simple, aesthetically pleasing design
  • Multiple views to make it easier to track projects
  • Easy to collaborate with others
  • User-friendly and easy to learn to use, even if you're not tech-savvy
  • Plenty of information out there on how to use ClickUp
  • More video tutorials
  • I struggled to unsubscribe from daily email notifications
As a freelancer and small business owner, I'd say that ClickUp is perfect for freelancers as well as small business owners. It's ideal for use on solo projects as well as work projects that require collaboration with others. I've used it for SCRUM-style projects and I found it to be the best PM tool for SCRUM. It's also extremely useful for personal use as it can function as a simple digital to-do list.

I use ClickUp just for myself. I have the Business plan and I love it. I use ClickUp as a task management program. I plan my day around the tasks that I have prioritized. I also use ClickUp as a task backlog, so that I don't forget any tasks that I cannot complete for a long while. I attach emails and documents to my tasks so that I have all of the relevant materials on hand when I go to complete them. I also use the time-tracking feature occasionally if I am interested in task duration. The automations are very helpful for "snoozing" tasks, so that a task that hasn't started yet doesn't appear on my to-do list until it starts. I love the customizable features of ClickUp and use it every day. I have also used ClickUp to manage my personal tasks, and as a document/note-storing platform. I highly recommend it to anyone who is technologically inclined and not afraid of a moderate learning curve.
  • Customizeability
  • Task & Project Management
  • Note/Document storage
  • Task backlog management
  • Built-in ability to snooze tasks (rather than building it myself using automations)
  • Automations randomly break sometimes and do not notify me that they have stopped working (ex. at random times my Active Status selection disappears and the automation doesn't tell me that there is no longer a status selected)
  • I would like the ability to limit the Home tab to only my dedicated Work space, and not have my Personal space included
  • Drag-and-drop dependencies would be great!
ClickUp is well-suited to individuals who want a robust task management/to-do software and enjoy customization. It is also ideal for supervisors that manage projects, where everyone on the team has a ClickUp account. ClickUp can track separate projects effectively, and would be great at iterative projects through the use of templates. ClickUp would be confusing for anyone who is not excited by technology, and I find that about once per month/quarter it is helpful to take a look through all of your lists and make sure that no tasks have fallen by the wayside. You also need to have the time to check off tasks when you complete them. So, anyone who is not able/willing to put in the time to manage the software every once and a while could become overwhelmed by it.

ClickUp centralized our day-to-day operations, SOPs, and promoted collaboration across the department. My role oversaw scholarship administration and success coaching. There were deadlines and documentation that click up assisted with keeping organized. We loved the dependency feature because our department worked cross-functionally too. This helped with knowing what next steps we were waiting for. The ability to control the privacy settings of each workspace also made it easier for the team to share relevant info. Lastly, the whiteboard feature? Obsessed. This tool was often used during team meetings to brainstorm ideas or elaborate more on certain initiatives.
  • provide multiple modalities of efficiency, such as list, project timeline, or whiteboards
  • provided templates and customizable statuses made it very helpful to track project progress
  • communication by commenting or tagging a team member made collaboration organic within our team
  • I'd like to see the data analytics of how Click is used be improved, such as the average length of tasks being in a certain status or workload capacity across the team
  • Integrations with other tools, such as slack, teams, or drive
Useful: everything - operations, sales, supervision, stand ups, and more
Not useful: ??? I use it in my personal life since leaving my role in which it was introduced to me

In the Cybersecurity org I manage a portfolio of work including individual projects, programs as well as org roadmap planning. Additionally, I am the ClickUp SME for Cyber and I work with teams to customize CU based on specific needs and use cases.
  • Customizing task hierarchy and rollup
  • Adding tasks to multiple lists
  • Field customization
  • Dashboards have a learning curve and are limited given the wide range of content possible in a list
  • Publishing and viewing dashboards like in Power BI
  • Much more informational documentation is needed for building formulas using the custom formula field.
ClickUp will excel in virtually any setting where formal work management is required when the work is more technical in nature. Non-technical work, such as construction, the adoption rate would be slower, but in the right hands it would still be suited.

CRM or help desk use cases are possible with field customization, but building this custom functionality isn't easy.

ClickUp is used as a cross-departmental tool to collaborate and build. We have everything from software engineering to marketing management in ClickUp. We selected the product to be versatile and hosted in one spot. It has become a one-stop shop for everyone to collaborate and work together.
  • Versatility - each group/department is able to mold ClickUp into what they need it to do
  • Learning - the ClickUp help center has a plethora of information to help you design your space how you need it
  • Intuitive - each person that we invite to ClickUp catches on to basic things quickly
  • Super User training - it is easy to learn the basics of ClickUp, but you really have to dig around or ask a ClickUp employee to figure out the deep knowledge of ClickUp
  • Automation Customization - we run into a number of scenarios we would like to see automated, but the functionality doesn't exist
  • Docs - this area has come a long way, but it is still pretty clunky
ClickUp handles Sprint planning and execution very well. It also handles all levels of Project Management well. We attempted to use ClickUp as a ticketing system for users needing tech support, and it doesn't have the email sophistication to make it work fully

We use ClickUp for project management, workload monitoring, and collaboration with other users to meet our goals promptly. Almost all the features that ClickUp offers us today, such as different views for tasks, dashboards, notifications, calendar linking, cloud linking, subtasks, custom columns, user roles, date rescheduling,, etc., etc. many others.
  • Intuitive design
  • Organization of tasks in different views
  • user roles
  • Video tutorials
  • Dashboards: be able to post automatic progress and take into account calculated custom columns.
  • Customization of roles from the business license
  • Custom columns: being able to manage the ones that were created for all the spaces, currently they represent a problem when many unnecessary ones are created for all the lists or folders.
Think mainly about project management ClickUp will save you time and money by stopping using documents in Excel, Sheets, MS Project, and other platforms to organize the tasks of one or several projects. However, it can also help them with IT ticket management, contact management and business opportunities, production management, etc. With these last functions, it is necessary to plan the organization of ClickUp very well since you have to relate and automate the tasks.

I implement custom builds of ClickUp workspaces for small businesses. This allows them to regain control of their day to day administration, full project management, as well as use it as a Customer Relationship Management system. No more lost leads and a better client experience. It has a relatively steep learning curve and I'd recommend getting someone to set it up properly from the start.
  • Project Management
  • Automations
  • Integrations
  • Constant product development
  • Support is very responsive and helpful
  • Implementing more complexe automations (but they're getting there)
  • Improved guided first use of ClickUp
ClickUp is ideal for people and businesses who want to use it to manage their whole business and it provides a lot of structure for that. It's much more than the to-do lists or board views of other task management systems.

Because it's so complexe, you need to dedicate a lot of time to be able to use it well to get the most out if it. If you don't have that time, you can either get someone to build a system or walk you through it.

We use ClickUp as a project management and task management platform. ClickUp has greatly increased my productivity, organization, and work efficiency. It helps me keep track of multiple projects and deadlines in an intuitive, organized interface. I can easily break down projects and tasks into management (and trackable) subtasks. It also allows us to have a central place to access and organize files and documents as you can easily and intuitively integrate various files, attachments, and links into tasks. I use ClickUp for task management to assign and track tasks to team members and myself. We also use it as a communication channel, making use of the comments and 'chat' section of tasks, streamlining collaboration.
  • Comprehensive task management allows me to create, assign, and track tasks in an easy and organized fashion.
  • Great collaboration tools allowing me to chat and communicate with the team in one central place, eliminating the need for multiple apps or programs.
  • Great features and integrations (literally hundreds of integrations)
  • Great support and training
  • Really useful templates for a large array of use cases.
  • A learning curve - I took some time to get familiar with the platform. If you're not familiar with and experienced with project management software, there is a bit of a learning curve with ClickUp. However, the training and support is exceptional, and I believe it's in a user's interest to do the training to maximize ClickUp's potential.
ClickUp is by far my favorite Project and Task Management platform. It is really well suited to task management across small remote teams to keep track of tasks, deadlines, and progress. The customization and collaboration features make it easy for our team to work together, even when working remotely. It is exceptionally well suited to Marketing Teams and projects. You can manage multiple projects and collaborate easily with team members. It may not be well suited for less tech-savvy users or absolute beginners to project management tools, unless you have significant time to go through the trainings and learn how to use the platform effectively. Once you do get the hang of it though, it is fantastic.

We started using ClickUp to manage our podcast and social media. We recently incorporated it into our client services and program management.

We are using ClickUp for tracking client deliverables as well as workflows and team communication and project management.

We are really enjoying Dashboards for high level status review and executive updates with our clients.
  • Simple structure
  • Permissions
  • Price point
  • It’s a lot to take in… I would recommend tiered or earned access for new users.
  • There are some latency issues.
Strong program and project management tool. Great for keeping teams aligned and on task!

We like it for our podcast, using templates makes setting up new interviews a breeze. Also, for task and project management.

There is no persistent chat feature, so in transitioning from Slack we have had to make some concessions.
